Serving the Underserved Community
At Harmony Healthcare Orlando, our mission is to provide no-cost, quality medical care for HIV treatment, HIV prevention, Hepatitis C, and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). In our quest to bridge the gap to care, we have found that many people we treat, need assistance for not only medical care but also for social support. Many of them have been affected by unforeseen circumstances or have been isolated by loved ones due to the stigma around HIV, Hepatitis C, and even who they choose to love. We at Harmony also work to provide them with necessary tools and resources to help them get back on their feet through our Extended Support Program (ESP).
The Extended Support Program (ESP) helps to provide our patients with much needed financial assistance for needed items such as:
- Mental Health Counseling
- Rent Assistance
- Utilities Assistance
- Transportation to medical appointments
- Emergency Housing
- Medical Co-Pay Assistance
- And much more!
Every donation will go towards providing assistance to underserved individuals in the community and can bring them one step closer to better health!
